A firm protested a U.S. Marshals Service contract award for security screening systems, contending that the Service improperly evaluated proposals in a manner inconsistent with the government's best interest by not awarding a split contract between it and the awardee. GAO held that the protester failed to prove that the Service's decision to award a single contract was unreasonable. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
