Highlights

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award for dot matrix utility printers, contending that VA improperly: (1) evaluated the awardee's proposal; and (2) determined that its proposal was unacceptable. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since other interested parties had protested the procurement to the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
