Highlights
A firm protested an Air Force contract award for aerial store lift trucks, contending that the: (1) awardee would not comply with the product and delivery requirements; (2) awardee's bid was erroneous; (3) Air Force planned to waive some of the requirements; and (4) Air Force improperly analyzed bid prices. GAO held that: (1) the protester failed to support its allegations regarding the awardee's responsibility or the Air Force's waiver of requirements; (2) neither the Air Force or the awardee claimed a mistake in the awardee's bid; and (3) the Air Force's minor error in evaluating the protester's bid did not prejudice the protester. Accordingly, the protest was denied in part and dismissed in part.
