A firm protested an Army contract award for replacement of defective hand grenade fuzes that it supplied, contending that: (1) it was not responsible for fuze reworking under its contract warranty clause; and (2) the Army unfairly excluded it from competition for the replacements. GAO held that the: (1) Army properly excluded the protester from competition; and (2) matter was one of contract administration, which it would not consider. Accordingly, the protest was dimissed.
