Highlights

Two carriers requested reviews of several General Services Administration (GSA) transportation settlements, contending that GSA incorrectly computed charges for large shipments that required the use of an entire vehicle that otherwise could have transported additional items. GAO held that GSA properly calculated the charges for such shipments using the applicable regulations and tenders, which did not specifically provide for different charges for large shipments. Accordingly, the claims were denied.
