A firm protested a Marine Corps contract award for automatic data processing equipment maintenance, contending that the awardee materially misrepresented its intention to fulfill certain requirements, since it failed to: (1) provide trained personnel; and (2) inform the Corps of its intent to subcontract some of the requirements. GAO held that the protester failed to provide any evidence to support its allegations regarding the awardee's intention to change its proposed personnel or subcontract some of the requirements. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
