[Protest of Interior Contract Award for Shuttle Bus Service]

A firm protested a Department of the Interior contract award for shuttle bus services, contending that the awardee's bid failed to include proof that the awardee held a valid public transportation permit. GAO held that proof of the permit was a matter of responsibility that the awardee could address at any time prior to award of contract. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
