[Protest of Air Force Solicitation for Fuel Drain Bowsers]

A firm protested an Air Force solicitation for fuel drain bowsers, contending that the solicitation disclosed proprietary data it had provided in another bid. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 working days after the Air Force's initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
