Highlights

The Veterans Administration (VA) requested a decision concerning an employee's entitlement to reimbursement for a resale waiver fee in connection with the sale of his residence incident to his transfer. GAO held that, although the resale waiver fee was a customary practice in the employee's area, it was not reimbursable. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
