[Request for Review of GSA Deductions to Recover Overcharges]

A firm requested a review of a General Services Administration (GSA) audit action to recover transportation overcharges, contending that GSA improperly determined the applicable tender to exclude a minimum-charge provision applicable to explosive materials.
