Highlights

A firm protested the Navy's rejection of its bid for printers, contending that the omissions in its bid were: (1) due to clerical errors; and (2) not a major deficiency. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after the Navy notified it of the rejection. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
