A firm protested an Army delivery order for computer equipment, contending that the time period between the Army's intent to place the order and actual placement was insufficient. GAO would not consider the protest, which the protester untimely filed more than 10 days after it became aware of the basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
