A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for an antenna system, contending that it could produce the required items: (1) despite its lack of technical data; and (2) at a lower cost than the awardee. GAO held that the Air Force reasonably determined that the protester lacked technical data to produce the required items. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
