[Army Employee's Claim for Reimbursement for Closing Costs]

The Army Corps of Engineers requested a decision concerning an employee's claim for reimbursement for closing costs on the sale of his residence incident to his transfer. GAO held that there was no evidence that sellers in that locality customarily paid such costs. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
