[Request for Waiver of VOA Employees' Indebtedness]

The United States Information Agency requested a waiver of salary overpayments for three Voice of America employees who erroneously received night differential pay. GAO held that waiver was appropriate, since the claimants accepted the overpayments in good faith in the belief that a local labor agreement entitled them to the differential. Accordingly, waiver was granted.
