Costs for Sewer Construction in Glenwood Springs, Colorado

The opinion of the Comptroller General is requested by the Department of Agriculture as to whether a claim by the city of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, for $457.16, as the pro rata share of the costs of sewer construction charged the Government as owner of property in that city is valid.
