Highlights

This document discusses a matter regarding potential violations of the Davis-Bacon Act by the subcontractor Electrical Systems Contracting Co., Inc.(Electrical). GAO reviewed the matter, and found that the violations of the case were not substantial and did not constitute a disregard of obligations to employees with respect to the minimum wage provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act. As such, GAO determined that Electrical would not be placed on the ineligible bidders list for these violations.
