[Request for Review of Air Force Decision Denying Request To Modify Bid]

A firm protested the Air Force's failure to allow it to correct a mistake in its bid. The protester accepted the contract award with reservations, and the Air Force advised it to withdraw the bid or accept award without reservation. GAO held that the matter should be resolved under the Contract Disputes Act because it was not brought to the attention of GAO until after the award was made. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
