Highlights

A firm complained that an Urban Mass Transportation Administration grantee improperly rescinded a contract that it had awarded to the protester. GAO held that it would not consider the matter because the protester filed a lawsuit in a State court and the court did not express an interest in a GAO opinion. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
