[Protest Alleging NSF Contract Award Improper]

A firm protested a National Science Foundation contract award which was set aside for small businesses, contending that the awardee was a large business. GAO does not consider matters of small business size status because the Small Business Administration has conclusive authority to determine such matters for Federal procurement purposes. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
