Highlights

A firm requested an investigation of the administration of its contract by the General Services Administration, contending that the actions of the contracting agency have made performance of the contract impossible. GAO does not review contractors' protests concerning matters of contract administration; the contractor's remedy is to pursue the matter under the contract's dispute procedures. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
