[Request for Review of Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals Decision]

GAO was asked to review an Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals' dismissal of a claim for reimbursement of the cost of certain materials used in the performance of a contract. Absent a charge of fraud or bad faith, GAO does not review contract disputes. These are matters of contract administration which are not subject to further administrative review. Accordingly, GAO declined to consider the matter.
