[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a GAO decision which denied its protest and stated that complete documentation would follow; however, it did not submit the promised documentation. Since the factual or legal basis for seeking reconsideration was not filed within 10 working days after receipt of the GAO decision, the request for reconsideration was untimely and was dismissed.
