DIGEST: PROTEST CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BY GAO SINCE DISPUTES ARISING UNDER A CONTRACT MUST BE RESOLVED PURSUANT TO THE "DISPUTES" CLAUSE OF THE CONTRACT. DAN JANITORIAL SERVICES, INC., (DAN JANITORIAL) PROTESTS THE ACTIONS OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL IN CONNECTION WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT NO. N62467-82-C-4538, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES.

DAN JANITORIAL COMPLAINS THAT THE NAMED INDIVIDUALS ARE ENGAGING AND HAVE PREVIOUSLY ENGAGED IN "DISCRIMINATORY TECHNIQUES IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF" THE CONTRACT AND OTHER CONTRACTS.

RATHER, DISPUTES ARISING UNDER A CONTRACT MUST BE RESOLVED PURSUANT TO THE PROCEDURES SET OUT IN THE "DISPUTES" CLAUSE WHICH IS CONTAINED IN STANDARD GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS.
