Highlights

A firm protested the award of a contract by the U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for New Jersey. The protester complained that it was the low qualifying bidder and was entitled to award. The protest was filed more than 2 weeks after the protester learned of the award. Bid protest procedures require that a protest against the award of a contract must be filed within 10 working days after the basis for protest is known or should have been known. Therefore, the protest was untimely filed and was dismissed.
