Complaint Objecting to Failure of HUD To Fund a Lower-Income Housing Project

A firm objected to the failure of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to fund a lower-income housing project proposed by the firm in response to a notification of fund availability. GAO does not generally consider complaints regarding the award of grants or Federal assistance. Therefore, GAO did not consider the complaint.
