Protest Alleging That Contractor Will Not Perform in Accordance With Contract Specifications

A firm protested the award of contract because the product the awardee planned to use did not satisfy the specifications. Whether the awardee performs in accordance with contract requirements is a matter of contract administration which is the function and responsibility of the procuring activity and not for resolution under GAO Bid Protest Procedures. The protest was dismissed.
