Rejection of Grant Application

A firm requested a review of a rejection of its grant application for a training demonstration under the displaced homemaker program. According to the firm, the application was rejected because it was incomplete in the agency's view. GAO does not interfere with the functions and responsibilities of grantor agencies in the actual award of grants. Accordingly, the matter was dismissed.
