A firm protested the award of a contract by the Little Rock Air Force Base to another firm. The protester also sought judicial relief in the U.S. District Court. GAO does not decide protests where the material issues are before a court of competent jurisdiction unless the court requests, expects, or otherwise expresses an interest in its decision. In this case, the the court did not express an interest in a GAO decision. Therefore, GAO declined to consider the protest. The protest was dismissed.
