Request for Contract Termination

The Central Air Service protested the decision by the Department of Agriculture to terminate its contract for default. The question of whether a contract should be terminated for default, however, is a matter of contract administration for consideration under the procedures set forth in the Disputes clause of the contract. Therefore, the protest was dismissed.
