Failure of Contracting Officer To Respond to Request for Contract Modification

A legal representative of a claimant, who states that he filed a request for a contract modification and the contracting officer appeared to be delaying in making a decision, requested information regarding the proper appeal procedure. The claimant and the legal representative were informed that GAO no longer reviews decisions rendered under the "Disputes" clause.
