Applicability of Federal Reports Act to Copyright Royalty Tribunal

A decision was requested as to whether the Copyright Royalty Tribunal's information-gathering activities are subject to review under the Federal Reports Act. The Tribunal was created as an independent agency in the legislative branch and is not subject to the provisions of the act or its amendments.
