Protest Involving Subcontractor Selection

A company protested award of a subcontract in which the selection of the subcontractor was the choice of the prime contractor. GAO will not consider protests involving subcontractor selection by the prime contractor since the review of such actions would involve GAO in matters concerning contract administration.
