Untimely Request for Reconsideration

The protester requested reconsideration of a previous decision and stated that a detailed analysis regarding the request would follow. However, such a detailed analysis has not been submitted. Since the factual or legal basis for seeking reconsideration was not filed within 10 working days after receipt of the previous decision, the request for reconsideration is untimely.
