Highlights

A decision was requested as to whether an employee may be reimbursed for the airline fare of an attendant for one of the employee's infant sons since airline regulations required an adult to accompany each child under 2 years of age. Although the employee was not specifically authorized air fare for an attendant to accompany the child, he may be reimbursed since the air fare may be attributed to the child.
