A reemployed annuitant requested relief from collection of erroneous payments of travel and subsistence expenses because the agency erroneously designated his official duty station. The duty station must be where the majority of duties are performed and cannot be designated elsewhere in order to pay travel expenses. The claim for travel and subsistence expenses cannot be considered as a meritorious claim.
