Alleged Violation of Small Business Administration Internal Procedures

A company protested the Small Business Administration's (SBA) alleged failure to provide an opportunity to appeal the SBA decision terminating its eligibility under the 8(a) program. SBA violations of internal procedures are not for consideration by GAO.
