Request for Review of Rates Tendered in Shipment Containing Electronic Components

A common carrier requested review of the disallowance of its claim, contending that the rates proffered under rate tender I.C.C. 150 did not apply to the commodities shipped and that additional charges are due based on rates named in Government Rate Tender I.C.C. 1-V. The rates in Government Rate Tender I.C.C. 1-V did not apply to the individual carrier tender; rate tender I.C.C. 150 did apply to the components of electrical equipment being shipped.
