Highlights

Reconsideration was requested of a settlement denying a Federal employee's claim for reimbursement of certain real estate expenses in connection with his transfer to a new location. The employee was transferred twice, but did not move from his original station until the second move. The employee was not entitled to reimbursement in connection with the second transfer since the residence sold was not at his old station, and the time limit for the sale in connection with the first transfer had expired.
