Highlights

A Deputy U.S. Marshal appealed a settlement which denied in part his claim for overtime compensation. The marshal, who normally worked evenings and nights, was frequently called to appear in court during the day. The claim for overtime compensation for traveltime from his residence was denied since the travel was not away from his official duty station as required by applicable statutes.
