May 31, 1978 letter to the Secretary of Defense regarding the Defense Logistics Agency Declining the Termination of Contract

This is in further reference to our decision in the matter of Switlik Parachute Company Inc. B-188404, July 20, 1977, 77-2 CPD 38, in which the Government Accountability Office recommended that contract No. DSAl00-77-C-1176 with Lite Industries, Inc. be terminated for the convenience of the Government.
