Allegation That Services Could Be Performed by Federal Employees at Less Cost to the Government

This protest contended that procurement for corrosion control services could be performed at less cost by Federal employees and therefore was in violation of OMB Circular A-76. Protest was dismissed as not being appropriate for resolution by GAO.
