Highlights

An Authorized Certifying Officer, Department of Agriculture, requested a decision on the allowability of a claim for the cost of transporting household goods of transferred employee. It was predetermined that shipment by Government bill of lading (GBL) would save over $100. Therefore, shipment by both GBL and private carrier would be limited to reimbursement as if shipment were made in one lot on GBL.
