Retroactive Wage Rate Adjustment

A television lighting director filed an appeal claiming a wage rate increase retroactive to the date of adjustment given to other positions by the agency. Retroactive increase may not be paid since record fails to establish administrative intent to adjust salary prior to date of such adjustment.
