SBA Decision That Concern Is Small Business Is Not Subject to Review

Company protested the award of a mess attendant service contract, alleging that awardee was not a small business as required by the solicitation and was affiliated with two debarred firms. The decision that a concern is a small business and the protest concerning affiliation with debarred firms are not subject to review by GAO.
