Entitlement to Retroactive Temporary Promotions for Short Term Details to Supervisory Positions

A decision was requested as to whether prevailing rate employee technicians temporarily assigned to higher level supervisory positions were entitled to be paid at the applicable rate for the higher level position. Under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, employees qualified to perform at higher levels will be paid the appropriate higher level pay rate for actual hours employed in such work.
