Clarification of Bid by Contractor Is No Reason for Rejection

A protester claimed that its bid for transformers was erroneously rejected because of language in the bid. Language inserted in bid merely to clarify bidder's understanding of Government's requirement does not require rejection of the bid where the clarification does not in fact limit any material provision of the invitation for bids.
