The protester objected to the award of a contract, alleging that the price offered by the successful bidder was too low and that the bid was nonresponsive because the bid price would not allow performance of the contract. There was no legal basis to preclude or disturb the contract award merely because the low bidder may have submitted a bid which the protester believed was too low. The possibility that the low bidder made an error in its bid was not considered beyond advising the procuring agency of the possible mistake for verification purposes.
