Complaint About Contract Award Being Considered by a Court

The protesters filed complaints regarding the solicitation specifications and award of a contract for general transit construction being performed under an 80-percent federal grant. The matter was not considered since it was before a court of competent jurisdiction and the court had not expressed particular interest in GAO views.
