Contractor Claiming Payment on Misdescribed Surplus Military Items

A contract awardee alleged that trucks were misdescribed in a Defense Supply Agency contract and requested adjustment or refund of purchase price. The contract specifically stated the relief which can be granted in case of misdescription and, since the contractor was granted that relief, he was not entitled to payment. The contract is to be enforced as written.
